So, the Pope quotes a 14th century Byzantine Christian Emperor who essentially said the Muslim faith is spread by the sword, this of course enrages Muslims worldwide leading some amongst them to threaten the Pope and to actually try to blow up churches.
Glad we settled that. The Pope was WAY outta line. I gotta say, I’m convinced… nothing violent about that reaction. When is the last time a Christian tried to blow up a mosque in retaliation for something as trivial as Muslim terrorists slitting the throats of Christians who refuse to convert to Islam?
But… say something that offends the Muslim community and heads will roll… quite literally.
