On the contrary, I've totally accepted it and actually see some hope for my former Party based upon some of the new blood (currently sticking with my independent status though). It is the leadership of the Democrat Party that scares me though. But they can't spend months criticizing and insisting they can do better and then expect to make believe this is a "situation" and not a war. As far as the Flag Burning Amendment and Gay Marriage Ban... I don't recall the Republicans making those the top priority over the war... perhaps I missed that :-) You are welcome to stop by anytime to share your thoughts... as long as it stays clean and civil. The Democrats really don't have to do anything about Iraq; they merely have to let 'W' bring it to a ghastly, sputtering end- which he will do next year. Perhaps the first 100 hours could be better spent discussing a Flag Burning amendment, or perhaps a Gay Marriage ban? Sounds like somebody still hasn’t accepted the fact that his side lost.
